Exam Performance

We are proud of the results achieved by our Year 13 and Year 11 students in their external examinations and are delighted that they are now able to progress onto their aspirational next destinations.

The attachment below shows a summary of Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 results from the last academic year. The Key Stage 4 table shows the actual, or real, results achieved by the Year 11 cohort. Please note: that the actual results differ markedly from those published in performance tables as we enter students for their English Language GCSE at the end of Year 10, but the data in Department for Education (DfE) performance tables is often not reflective of the best English grade that students achieve. The 2024 DfE performance tables also discount the BTEC IT qualification that our students achieved, even though it was still an included qualification at the end of Year 10 when our students completed it.
